Overview
The Dispatch Coordinator at Granmache plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations across the marketplace. This position is responsible for coordinating orders between vendors, drivers, and customers to guarantee timely pickups and deliveries. The Dispatch Coordinator monitors order flow, assigns drivers, resolves delivery issues in real time, and maintains clear communication with all parties involved.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service to both vendors and customers while upholding Granmache’s operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and assign delivery orders to drivers in a timely and efficient manner
– Monitor live order flow to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
– Communicate with vendors, drivers, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues
– Track delivery performance and address delays or service disruptions immediately
– Verify order details for accuracy before dispatching
– Manage driver schedules and optimize routes for efficiency
– Handle customer delivery inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary
– Maintain accurate dispatch logs and daily operational reports
– Ensure compliance with Granmache’s operational standards and service policies
– Support vendors with delivery-related questions and operational guidance
– Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and delivery efficiency
– Maintain professionalism and excellent service standards at all times
Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to work legally in the country you’re in
* Must be friendly with customers, employees and vendors
* Must have a cellphone with service
* Must be able to speak English or Creole (Spanish is a plus)
* Must have a zoom account (Free on zoom.com)
* Must be able to receive payroll electronically (Bank deposit, Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal, Moncash, Western Union)
